"Jupiter?" Naiou gave the girl a very confused look. Though she guessed that the rest of the statement was true enough. IT actaully made the blue haired demon smile. This girl kind of reminded her of Miyo in a way. They were both such positive thinkiners.
"Thanks I wouldn't have been able to fix it myself." She was horrible with domestic type chores. Miyo always had to help her with everything.
"Do you need anyhelp at all? it's the least I can do to thank you."

“No worries,” Kamoku said as she stood up. She got her desk in order, putting what was out into her shoulder bag. “You don’t have to worry about repaying me in any way. Just consider it an act of kindness. I enjoy helping people out.”
She slipped the bag onto her shoulder before walking back and shutting the lights off with the light switches on the far side of the store. She came back and grabbed up the fish bowl.
“I am Kamoku Itooshii, by the way,” she said. “And this is Jupiter.” She held the fish bowl to where the girl could see the koi fish swimming about.

So Jupiter was hte coy fish. That made alittle more sense. Naiou was smileing a tiny bit again. "I really would feel better if I could do something for you too though......"
She was examineing the now fixed bag. It didn't look all to bad. She might ask Miyo to fix it with blue thread instead depending but at least it was fixable.

“Really, it’s nothing to worry about,” Kamoku said as she slipped out of the store. She waited for the girl to step out as well before shutting and locking the door. She slipped the key into her bag before wrapping her arms around Jupiter’s bowl and holding it tightly against her stomach.
“It was no hassle to me to help you out. I wanted to. So, don’t worry about any pay back. Not everyone is looking for something in return for their deeds.” She sent a smile to the student giving a slight nod. “I better be heading home, though. Which way are you headed?”

"I didn't say I thought you were looking for payment....." After all she didn't want to ofend Kamoku and it was true that she didn't think that.
"uhh I live down town actually... oh! and I forgot ot give you my name." She face palmed as she thought about her own stupidity. "I'm Naiou. Sorry about the delay. you must think I'm pretty rude."

“I don’t think you are rude at all. Just a bit preoccupied which is understandable. You are a student who thought you were going to be unable to get the booklet you needed. It is nice to meet you, though, Naiou.”
Kamoku glanced down the street. “I will be headed that way as well. My grandparents live down town as well. It is really convenient I think. You can get to every place you need to on foot there.

"Yeah well I'm really only there becasue I found a pretty cheap apartment. I'm lucky the school even lets me work a part time job it would be impossible ot get more hours to afford another place to live." Miyo had offered before to let her stay if anytihng ever happened but Naiou was the kind of person that liked to make her own way in the world. not that she was above beign helped but she didn't want to be a burden to anyone.
"It's not to bad of a neighborhood either supriseingly. Though it's a bit of a downstep from what most of my classmates are used to." She smiled again it was easy to talk to Kamoku so she sort of found herself rambleing.
"So you live with your grandparents?"

“Yes, I live with my grandparents,” she said with a slight nod. “I’ve lived with them for as long as I can remember. They are very nice. They also have a cat, One Eye, and a dog who I call Kudaudo-sama. We all enjoy each other and we get along very well.”
Kamoku smiled a bit. “You should come over for dinner tonight,” she said, looking to Naiou. “They love visitors, and we always have too much food left over. My grandmother is also making her homemade sushi. It is really good, I swear.”

"I wouldn't want to intrude. Besides I really should study." Naiou said it with a slightly awkward smile. "IT was a really nice offer though thanks your grandparents seem nice." Naiou adjusted her bag as it slipped a llittle off her shoulder.
"It's a pretty big test and I'm such a bad procrastinator. I was pretty behind in the first place anyway considering the fact that I haven't been here very long."

“Oh, well, that’s alright,” Kamoku said as she looked forward. A light seemed to dim inside of the girl, but she was quick to hide any sadness. She was hoping to have company for once at her home, but tonight would not be that night, apparently. Everyone seemed to be quick to deny her invitations.
“I understand. Tests are such a pain. I always hated studying for them back in school. I always waited to the last minute, but I was still able to get amazing grades. I really don’t know how that happened.”

Naiou winced slightly as she felt the stab of sadness that radiated off of the girl. That was just great, she had thought Kamoku was just being nice but she had actually really wanted it.
"Then again it might be nice to wind down... Maybe you could give me some cramming tips? I must not be doing it right." The emotions were the worst part of haveing powers like hers. Whevever people expereince strong emotion it was usualy very hard for them to hide. If Naiou was unprepared she could sense them whether she wanted to or not.

Kamoku’s face beamed with excitement as she looked back up at Naiou. “Yeah, I could definitely give you some tips to how to study efficiently before huge tests. Maybe you can find a method that works the best for you. No to mention, you will get a nice full belly. I could never study on an empty stomach. My grandmother’s cooking is also some of the best in town, I promise you that.”
She couldn’t help herself. When was the last time she had someone come over? Well, never, so she truly had something to be excited for. She had someone else to share her little of the corner of the world for a while.

"Uh thanks." Naiou managed a smile. At least she hadn't let someone down. She really hated to do that. It was one of those things that she didn't have in common with her mother.
And she was pretty hungry. She didn't get her paycheck till tomarow so she hadn't restocked her fridge yet.

Kamoku hummed to herself a bit as they continued towards her grandparents’ home. After a few minutes they had arrived in front of a humble two story house that resided just a few blocks away from the busy streets of down town. On the porch laid an old Shiba Inu with a red handkerchief around his neck. The dog looked up at Kamoku and Naiou with curiosity.
“Kuraudo-sama,” Kamoku said delightfully as she went through the iron gates and up to the porch. She leaned down a bit, petting the dog upon the head as she balanced the fish bowl in her other arm. She looked back to Naiou and smiled as she waved her over.

Naiou looked to the dog hopeing that it wouldn't freak out. Sometimes animals had a lot better senses then humans. The dog knew that Naiou was a demon even though Kamoku didn't.
She followed Kamoku though. After all the dog couldn't hurt her even if it did freak out. Besides it looked like a pretty laid back dog.
