“Apparently, the maiden is,” Ruhisaki commented, glancing back at the two. “Of course, if she does not want to follow my lead, the door is just over there. I will not stop you from going on your own way.”
The dragon demon turned back to the window and opened it up. He slipped his head out to spare a glance down at the ground and anything that was around. At this hour, humans were very unlikely to be out and about around the edge of a hospital. It was always nice to have the cattle herded off to their beds.
Without a further notice, Ru slipped completely out of the room and jumped from the window. He landed without a sound upon the ground below. He was quite the graceful demon; his landing was done with almost no hair out of place.
The fire demon glanced back up at the hospital window. If the two younger demons wished to continue to follow him, he would allow it. He had nothing better to do than play leader to them.

Ureihi moved to look out the window. She looked down and it was made apparent to her that it was to far to jump. Quickly she turned and ran from the room to rush down the stairs. She couldn't lose them. After all there were only so many powerful demons in human world. Chances were that one of them knew something about Iyashii.
She was careful not to let any of the hospital staff see her as she rushed out and by the time she made it out and around to were the fire demon had jumped out of the window she was a little out of breath, more from nerves than anything.

Left or right? It should have been an easy choice. But something was actually pulling him away from the older demon's intoxicating aura. Why he was worried about it he didn't know. She was coming to the same place. Why didn't she just jump out the window?
Yuketsu had watched the girl gauge the distance with confusion. For a girl like her it shouldn't be a problem for her at all. And it was something that an ice maiden made it to human world and was completely free. She had then run past her taking the stairs instead.
He shrugged making his mind. It was stupid to have even thought about it. She wasn't worth messing with, especially now. The violet demon jumped out of the window and went to follow the older demon. The ice maiden was rather quick, he hasn't expected to see her for a while, or perhaps not at all, but she came up soon enough.

Ruhisaki studied the ice maiden with a raised eyebrow as she came to stand beside him. The jump had been nothing to the dragon demon, and it would have been nothing for the maiden as well. Why she chose to run through the hospital, he would never know nor care to ever really know. The fire demon had much better things to do than to pounder on how the mind of this particular ice maiden worked.
The older demon simply shook his head slightly and turned from the two younger demons and started down his own path. He spared them a glance to see if they would actually follow him or not.
“I am off to my own place in this world. If you two wish to follow, I have no care. Just allow me to know if I need to warm up the kettle.”

Ureihi had started to follow him the moment he started to walk again but stopped abruptly as he talked. The fire demon was going to his home?
Her eyes widened a little bit as she began to freak out a little bit. She wasn't comfortable with demons at all. The only reason she was still around these two particular demons was because she wanted to ask them about Iyashii. The ice maiden swallowed a little. Should she follow him still or should she try to get an answer out of them right here and then leave as fast as possible? She wasn't dead at the moment so that had to mean somthing.

Already Yuketsu gave the notion he was going to follow. At the moment his plan was to follow the fire demon till his hospitality was reached. He knew that it wasn't going to get that far. But that was his current plan.
The girl didn't seem to like that idea to much. "Are you scared of us...?" He asked as he walked closer to the ice maiden. There was clearly something unusual about this girl. He had been thinking that since they met her. A soft smile came to his face that seemed very reassuring, however, his eyes read something a little different.

“She needs to get over her fears,” Ruhisaki said to Yuketsu as he continued to walk on. “You happen to be a demon, ice maiden. You should get comfortable with being around your own kind.”
Ru glanced back with his crimson eyes. His eyes flashed over to the ice maiden. “We eat up the fear of our kind. I can feel your hesitation and smell your fear. It would be best if you could control how afraid you are. If you let it conquer you, well, you should just as well run a blade right through your own stomach.”

They seemed to pick up on her fear. The one almost seemed to be trying to be comforting. She took a step back when he came closer to her. She wasn't quite sure about his motives. And then the other one called her a demon
A slight gasp came from her and a shudder ran through her body. Her wide fearful eyes squeezed closed for a moment before the awful sensations past and she could respond.
"I'm not a demon." Ureihi insisted to the two demons that she had followed in and out of the hospital.

He smiled. It was kind of cute watching someone that was near equal strength as him step back in fear. She could do some serious damage on him if she tried, but she wasn't going to. Yuketsu continued to walk towards her slowly. He only paused when Ruhisaki spoke.
He was thinking the exact same thing. Though the actual process was a bit different in his mind. His violet eyes shifted from Ruhisaki when he spoke, back to the girl. The fear now seemed a bit misplaced. There was nothing that demon said that was to cause fear. If anything it would cause anger or embarassment. The reason why she did became apparent and he stopped advancing.
She wasn't serious was she? Is that why she didn't jump through the window. "You are not a demon?" he repeated completely confused.

Ruhisaki gave a slow sigh and a shake of his head. Really? The night that he went out to kill a human and drink the its blood he would be followed by a young demon (who truly was not too obnoxious) and an ice maiden who denied that she was a demon.
“She is a demon,” Ru told Yuketsu. “Do not even humor her by asking such a question. She is a demon just like you and me.” The fire demon’s eyes wandered over to the ice maiden. “If you do not believe me, then I will give you proof. Though, I do not think it is necessary to prove such a thing. All you have to do is look in the mirror, and you can tell that you are no human.”

"No." She shook her head.
"I'm just different. My parents were human and I'm human there's no way I could be a demon."
Ureihi was shaking again. Why did they want to insist that she was a demon? It didn't make any sense at all. Apparently asking these two about Iyashii was a big mistake.

Ruhisaki didn't understand him exactly. He knew that she was a demon but the fact that she thought she wasn't confused him greatly. He just hoped that this didn't make him to unintelligent to the older demon.
"No human can naturally have the red eyes and teal hair of an ice maiden," he said, "If you do not believe me I am sure they will explain that to you." He pointed towards the hospital.

“Stop being foolish,” Ruhisaki said to the girl. “You have two demons telling you that you are a demon. We have nothing to gain from lying to you, so why would be lying to you about such a thing. It would be best that you came to terms with being a demon, especially if you want help finding whoever you were looking for.”
The fire demon shook his head slightly before continuing forward. He was done with this waste of breath. Those who did not believe what he said did not deserve his attention. There was no reason for the old demon to lie, especially if there was nothing to be gained by it.

She had no idea why they wanted to insist that she was a demon. She wasn't t just wasn't possible.
"My hair is dyed." She lied to the purple haired demon. "And how could I possibly be a demon. Humans can't give birth to demons. Sure half demons but not full blooded demons." She was going to deny being a demon for as long as she could. Already there were tears threatening to fall and although her mind was blocking the reason from her right that moment she knew that she didn't want to start crying, it would be a disaster.

This girl... She was serious. At first he thought it was a joke. Or perhaps some inside joke. But the ice maiden truely believed she was human and was willing to cry about it. Though, her crying would prove that she was a demon. For some reason he had a feeling that that had happened before though.
"It doesn't matter what you think you are," Yuketsu said with a more demonic grin. "If you live like a human you will die like a human." This was what the older demon had said earlier. But this way was a bit more personal.
