Ruhisaki shook his head. What were demons coming down to? This? A species confused demon. Perhaps this was why the dragon demon was not so fond of younger demons. The older demons that he knew took pride in what they were. They flaunted their strength and never sympathized with the humans.
“I am done with this conversation,” Ru spat out, disgusted. “A demon not knowing she is a demon. What has our kind come to?” The fire demon shook his head again. “If you two are done with your ridiculous banter about an ice maiden not being a demon, then I would suggest following me.”

Ureihi was shaking still. This had probably been the worst idea of her life. She wasn't quite sure how to take anything any more. On the one hand she wasn't dead and the Fire demon still seemed inclined to let her follow. On the other hand she didn't really want to follow either of them but was afraid to just come out and repeat her question. She was absolutely terrified of them both and trying her hardest not to show it though that probably wasn't working.
This was why she hated demons. They were terrifying and threating creatures that love pain, fighting, and blood. She knew that asking demons of his level was probably the fastest way to Find her former master and in that regard he son but it was also the most dangerous. Most likely she was going to get herself killed. But she had to at least try. She couldn't even imagine what her poor baby had been going through these past 4 years, if he was even still alive.
No! she didn't need to be thinking like that there was no doubt in her mind that he was alive. She would find out if these two demons knew anything about Iyashii and she would not die because she had to live to save Sen.
The coldness that had been seeping fro her aura remained but lessened and became more normal for the climate. There were no more tears in her eyes but instead a set look of determination. She would follow them where they were going and she would find out any information they had by any means necessary. If they had none then she was continuing her search elsewhere.

And now it was done. At least for now. Carefully he registered the girl's energy into his mind. No matter how this ended, he was going to be sure that she didn't die (during this meeting) and that they would meet again. It was probably obvious that he had this in mind.
Now that he thought about it. He didn't really know where he was following this older demon to. He was told it was to the older demon's Human World recidence but that didn't explain much. But thinking about it made him excited. In the decades he has been in Human World. He has never been to another demon's lair.

The walk to the fire demon’s earthly home was rather lengthy. Ruhisaki lived out in deep forest whenever he took trips up to the human world. He did what he could to separate himself from the humans around. Most could not find his earthly home, and he was grateful for that. If one theme that applied to the demon ever so clearly was his enjoyment of privacy.
The three demons finally stood before eldest’s home or the entrance of his home to be more accurate. Ru’s home was not on top of the ground but beneath it. The entrance to his house below the surface was well hidden in thick trees. The door seemed to be just part of the vines, leaves, and trees.
Ruhisaki made his way toward the entrance, taking hold of a seemingly invisible door and pushing it open. Behind the door was a staircase that spiraled downward.
“Well, come on,” he said before starting down the stairs.

Ureihi had decided that she was going. It gave her more time to wok up the courage to ask her question again. So the ice maiden was following the two demons now. Again she was taking a little bit of hope out of the fact that she wasn't dead yet and that seemed to her like a good sign.
It took them a while to get to the demons home. She didn't talk the whole time only followed. No matter what she was trying to hold up her confidence with she was still terrified of these two.
Once she was actually confronted with the entrance to what was now seemingly to be less like a house, at least from he outside, and more like a lair she was getting nervous again. The air was cooling down faster than ever. She was farther out of her comfort zone than she had been since the last time she saw Iyashii

He was now envious. The elder demon's human residence was already more extravagant then his own. He supposed it was to be expected. And older demon has more resources and more of and idea of grandeur. And underground home.
Quickly the feeling subsided. He wouldn't want to live under ground anyway. It would be to much of a heavy feeling. He would much rather have a magnificent place above ground.
He then turned to the girl. She didn't seem to see the same way as he did. Like she was before, the ice maiden was scared. It didn't take him looking back to tell this. The air was cooling down at an unnatural pace and it was caused by her.
"Come on," Yuketsu said. He offered her his hand. "I will be sure no harm will come to you."

“It would be best if she stopped cooling down the air. The torches will end up going out,” Ruhisaki said over his shoulders to the two younger demons. “No reason to be worried or afraid here. If I wanted either of you dead, you would have already died. I am not one to toy around with mind games.”
The fire demon shook his head slightly, continuing to go down the stairs. There was a light at the bottom of the stairs. When they reached the bottom step, torches could be seen lining the walls. The fire led the way down to a wooden door. Ruhisaki guided the two down to the wooden door which had fire markings carved into it. Without a pause, the dragon demon pushed open the door and slipped into the room.
The place seemed to be ablaze with fire. In the middle of the room was a fireplace that could be seen on all sides. Inside of the fireplace, a fire was cracking and flickering brightly. Red candles were lit and lined against the walls. The room was carefully decorated in red and golden furniture. There were vases and other precious decorations sitting out as well. There were a few doorways that led to other parts of the demon’s house.
“Do not destroy anything,” he said to the two. “I will go put on some tea.” With that said, Ru went off through one of the doorways and to his kitchen.

Ureihi had to close her eyes and take a few deep breaths in order to calm herself down. She ignored what they said about cooling the air because it would only serve to make her panic again.
Cautiously she took the hand that was offered to her though it was partially against her better judgment it seemed to be a better idea to be polite to the two demons.
Carefully without thinking she followed the two underground and regretted it almost instantly. By his coloring she should have guessed something like this but it took her completely by surprise.
There as fire everywhere. Pretty much literally. There was just something about flames that had always terrified her. Instantly a huge shudder ran through her and the air with in the few inches around her plunged in temperature dramatically to the point were if she had been wet the water would have frozen instantly.
She had always attributed this fear to some suppressed childhood trauma with flames. She wouldn't doubt that all all considering the burns on her arms and various other body parts.
"Y... You really like fire....." She commented in a small voice even though the owner of the fire clad room had already left to get tea.

Flames wasn't really his thing. What Ruhisaki done with the place was amazing. But it wasn't his style at all. He would rather have a less flame oriented place. The orange glow of the fire tinted his hair orange making it a rather unpleasant color.
Before the fire demon left he acknowledged his actions. Why would he dare to destroy any of the elder demon's possessions he did not know. But he accepted the warning without complaint.
It was odd. He was surrounded by fire and was freezing. Any heat that the fireplace gave off didn't reach his skin at all due to the ice maiden. It was humorous how she was so unaware of her abilities yet was making even him cold. Now that he thought about how cold he actually was, he noticed that he couldn't move his hand.
Yuketsu chuckled a little as he tried in vain to move his fingers around the girl's hand. At least now he had a small reason to fear the girl, though now it meant he wasn't going to get closer to her than this.
"He is a fire demon," Yuketsu said. "And to the humans, the ability to wield fire this way is a show of power. I would not expect any less from him."

"I guess so." She brought her free hand to her arm, gently tracing scars. She didn't really notice that her hand was still in the demons or that his hand was now frozen to hers.
She was back to thinking that this wasn't such a good idea. It was OK though she was leaving first opportunity she had.
It almost made her laugh to think about the fire demons warning to not break his things. She wasn't moving from the spot she was standing in let alone touch anything.

After a few minutes passed, the fire demon came back into the room with a tray holding a tea kettle and a few cups. He set the tray down on the ebony table that sat close to one of the walls of the room.
“The problem with coming to my home here in the human world is I have none of my demon servants with me,” Ruhisaki said as he sat down at the table. He gestured to the table. “Please, sit. Take a glass. You two happen to be my guests here. Make yourself somewhat at home.”

Trying to stay unafraid and polite Ureihi went to do as he said. She found however that her hand was stuck to Yuketsu's or rather is hand was stuck to hers.
"Ummm?" She tried to pull her hand away again but it was no good. It looked like his hand was frozen. This was more than a little odd and awkward.

Now she noticed. They were in a bit of a predicament now. The funny part is that she didn't even know she did it. Hopefully she didn't think he did though.
"One moment." Yuketsu said to the waiting demon (not to Urehi). "It seems I'm a bit stuck to the ice maiden..."
There was only one way he could melt the ice and that was corsing his own energy through his hand. His hand started glowing and within moments it was melted. Not a very practicle way to free his hand. Especially if it was in battle.
"There." He moved his hand away from her and flexed it.

Ureihi was still ignoring the fact that they were calling her an ice maiden. There was no point in arguing with them. Right now she was more worried about how his hand had frozen to her. If he had done it wouldn't it have been better to have frozen her hand? And why would he do it?
After all he had just unfrozen it so what would the purpose have been? Maybe she really was..... NO.
Se shook her head to clear the thoughts away. That was impossible any way.
She moved her hand down to her side when it was free. Then she moved to take a seat as the fire demon said.

Yuketsu laughed. As long as he was careful around the girl. He was going to be perfectly fine. Just don't scare her to the point she freezes even moral flames around her. He flexed his hand a few more times to make sure that the ice caused no damage. To what he saw it seems not.
"Thank you," he said as he picked up a glass of tea and took a seat. "You make Demon World actually sound pleasant, ..." Then, he realized something.
He had been with this fire demon for a few hours now and he still didn't know his name. It sounded like that was now an insult to the fire demon if he is esteemed demon in their native world.
"I think we have missed introductions."
