Ureihi shot a glare at the demon as he knelt down next to her. She wasn’t sure why but she suddenly felt a lot more confident. Perhaps it was finding Iyashii dead or perhaps it was having a lead on finding her son. Either way she was tired of these two dragging her around and she wasn’t putting up with them anymore. She stood with the toys still in her hands her glare remaining on her face. Instead of answering him she left the room again heading back downstairs. There was one more thing she was going to get since they were here. Still feeling that odd sense of freedom, Ureihi took the stairs at a run and found herself back in the room with Iyashii’s corpse in no time at all. She found a blood free spot to set the toys down then left the room again to find something to put them in. She ended up with a pillow case and shrugged It off stuffing the toys inside it when she returned to the room again. After that she looked intently at the floor, looking for something. “There.” She muttered to herself and pulled a rug aside to reveal a trap door of sorts which she opened and quickly jumped down in to without a second thought.

Ruhisaki’s eyes followed Ureihi’s movements as she came rushing down the stairs. They watched as she strutted around as if she knew what she was doing, finally. Hopefully this meant he didn’t have to carry the weaklings back home.
The older demon stepped over and peered down the hole Ureihi had disappeared down. “I hope you are retrieving my pay for being so generous with my time,” the dragon demon called down to her.

Or he was just going to be ignored. There was a reason why he liked humans more then demons. They usually didn't ignore him. Though, in the case of Ruhisaki, there were always humans that thought they were better then him. But there was the distinct difference of, they weren't. Everyone here had some chance of killing him if he wasn't careful, and he wasn't liking it.
The demon stood and followed the woman back to the study and watched with Ruhisaki as she found her. When she uncovered the door he took a few steps forward. Did Ruhisaki serious thought he was going to get paid for all this? All he did was traumatize this woman for the past few days. Though, she did seem far better now then before. Without asking Yuketsu went ahead and jumped down with the ice maiden. If she didn't want him down there she would have said.

The small basement was dark and dusty. Ureihi chose to breathe through her mouth to avoid sneezing. She also chose to ignore the chains on the ground and other various devices in the corners. They almost sent her brain reeling until she reminded herself that there was no one wielding them. The walls were brick and newer than the rest of the house. “Five….. then seven….. three.” She stopped at a certain place and started to remove the bricks. When she had cleared three there was a decent sized hole that went pretty far back. She reached it then yelped in pain withdrawing her hand quickly. When she brought it out the skin on her fingers were already blistering having apparently been badly burned.

Ruhisaki followed after the other two and watched with a lack of amusement written on his face. He hopped this would be quick, whatever Ureihi intended to do. His nostrils flared up at the smell of her burning flesh, but he stayed quiet ever observant.

This demon was a horder. If he ever dies, he wanted to be sure that no one found his stash. How the creature he tortured to get his stash found out...
Yuketsu held in a snicker as she pulled back with her hand burned. Well, the demon had some suspicion. "Move aside," Yuketsu said coming up closer. "Don't want to keep the dragon waiting." The last bit he hushed, though he could probably hear him anyway.
No little trap was going to stop him. Especially since if it was just a sutra. That was easy enough to bypass, if it was going to hurt him in the first place. He reached past her and easily removed the piece of paper.
Sutras, what humans made to deflect demons. Most only warded against the weak D or lower demons. This one was special, a high class ice maiden might be able to resist it, but that was all.

Ureihi resisted the urge to suck on her fingers. They hurt! She didn't know what had caused he burns but apparently one of the demons thought he did. She let him have a go at it as he said they didn't need to keep Ruhisaki waiting... though he was the one who had dragged her about in the first place. Ureihi's mind was in whirl. She had no idea where to go from here but she knew that Iyashii was dead and that was a small amount of comfort to her.
When the purple haired demon pulled the piece of paper out she looked at him incredulously. A piece of paper had caused her burns? Though they were feeling much cooler already so maybe it was only an illusion of some sort? She looked down at her hands and the skin was still damaged. A strange coldness was radiating from her fingers... She ignored this and reached forward when was out of the way. This time her hands did not meet with pain, instead she eventually felt leather. The ice maiden grabbed it and dragged the bag out it's contents clattered around against each other. She brought a second bag out from the hole after that. Both of them looked to be generously filled. Once she had that one out of the hole she turned and threw it at Ruhisaki's feet. She kept a firm hold on the second bag.
"I assume this will suffice for payment?" Her voice sounded hard. She was unhappy with this whole situation. Demons where always like this, only out for personal gain and picking on those weaker than they were. What he had expected to get from her in the first place she had no idea but she had known he would expect something in the end even though she had begged to simply leave several times throughout this ordeal.

The dragon demon gave a smirk and a chuckle as if he could read the weaker demon’s mind. He reached out and grabbed what Ureihi offered him as payment.
“It should suffice,” Ruhisaki said with a slight laugh. “You are welcomed. You will be coming closer to yourself, so you are also welcomed for that as well.”
